3D-MASSOMICS is a research project funded by European Commission in the EU FP7 HEALTH Programme.
The goals of the project are
- to introduce statistical methods for studying variation of MALDI-IMS data in order to develop reproducible data acquisition protocols and
- to develop and evaluate statistical methods for un- and supervised statistical analysis of 3D MALDI-IMS data.
The consortium unites 9 partners from 6 countries both from industry and research.
